Home Scenting - Do You Do it Too?

I am big into home scenting. Not only do I most always have a scented candle burning, I am now into room sprays as well.

I am big into home scenting. Not only do I most always have a scented candle burning, I am now into room sprays as well.

Think about it. When you walk into someone’s home, it is not just the decor that you take into consideration. You notice the smells. I love the smell of dinner cooking or something baking in the oven. And for the amount of time that I cook and/or bake, scenting my home with an easier option is right up my alley.

As the Yankee Candle Company is not far from me, I turn to them for most of my every day options. For more seasonal option, I am really into Slatkin & Co scented items, which are nor readily available at Bath & Body Works.

My favorite Yankee Candle scents:

Baby Powder - this is perfect for the bathroom
Eucalyptus - for a real refreshing scent, like when you are cleaning out the house
Home Sweet Home - my all time favorite that just smells like a nice, friendly, warm home. A bit sweet and a bit spicy

My favorite Slatkin & Co. scents:

Autumn Apple - this Scentport is in my kitchen, plugged in near the sink. It really smells like fresh apples, very fresh and yummy.

Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin - this candle smells so perfect for the Fall and cooler weather. I have been burning this one everyday in my office.
