Not only is it a classic piece, and a beautiful piece, it has sentimental value. My husband gave me my diamond tennis bracelet the night of our rehearsal dinner so I would have it for the wedding the following day. I know - what a sweetie.
I cherish my tennis bracelet every day, and no matter who or what says that this bracelet is out of style or passe’, it will never be for me.

I like to wear my SPANX tights under pants. They definitely help with the shaping I am looking for, keep me extra warm, and pull double duty as they look so pretty peeping our from my pant cuff.

Don’t mind the higher prices at all. I swear these tights are pretty much indestructible. I have worn and washed (in my lingerie bag, of course) over and over, and my SPANX tights all look as good as new.

Do you ever find yourself stuck in a rut? I think that we all do now and then. I find myself in a rut with my hair all the time! I get lazy and just love to pull it back into a simple pony tail. It is quick, easy and presentable. Well, most of the time - lol.
I finally succumbed to the pressure and had a bit of a hair cut. I thought about coloring my hair darker, but after a quick test with a wig, I felt that dark hair just does not suit my coloring. Even though dark brown is my natural hair color. 
So, I had my roots touched-up, settled on just a few highlights placed in the front, and had a ton of layers cut into my hair. My last hair cut (except for trimming my bangs myself) was over 5 months ago when I visited the Warren Tricomi Salon while I was in Los Angeles. An updated cut was definitely in order.
My resolution is to no longer wear the simple-to-do pony tail. I am sure I will pull it back on a Sunday or possibly on a day where I plan on not doing much of anything. But for the most part, I vow to take the extra ten minutes and do my hair. It looks better and makes me feel so much better about myself.

I did it. I had to add in a style category. Just because we need to explore that just a little bit too. Really, every beauty loves her some clothes, handbags, shoes, and accessories. And while this blog is 99% about beauty, I do feel the need to sneak in a post about style now and then.
Case in point. I am heading to Boston tomorrow and I am taking my hand 20% off coupon to the Coach store. I usually shop the outlet, but with so many great new bags in for the Fall and Winter Season and a 20% off coupon to boot - I am so there.
Decisions. Decisions. I have my choices narrowed down to two bags.
I am loving purple this season and I might just splurge on this new bag from the Madison Collection. Since the one I really want is black ostrich and is $6,000 - I will have to settle for this. Which really isn’t settling at all, now is it? Beautiful!
This is my second choice, but first choice when I know that it makes more sense for me. I tend to live in black in the Winter, and I have a Coach black wallet with their horse and carriage emblem already on it, so that would work. As a matching wallet is definitely a necessity for me.
